The below terms and conditions go into effect immediately after the client submits payment for future services rendered.

Client Responsibilities and Expectations
The Client understands and agrees with the following:

The techniques and principles work when applied correctly. Results will vary based on the skill level, expertise, and work ethic of each individual Client. Therefore, it is unethical for any coaching program to guarantee certain results.

You promise to work hard to the best of your abilities, have fun, ask questions, and be open to new ideas.

You understand that if you have any concerns or questions, you will reach out as early as possible so we can pivot or adjust.

Given that you will have immediate access to my intellectual property (my templates, process, and entire strategy), you agree that you are not entitled to a refund.

You will adhere to the code of conduct.

Coach Responsibilities & Expectations
The Coach agrees with the following once the Agreement is signed by both Parties:

Provide a safe space where you can express yourself and be heard.

Challenge you to achieve your goals by providing you honest feedback.

Devote full attention during coaching conversations.

Be understanding of the fact that your goals may change and the strategy may need to be revisited from time to time to adapt to your changing needs.

Adhere to the code of conduct.

Payment Terms & Scope
As part of this agreement, we will work together to achieve these 3 milestones over a 3-month period:

Finding your ideal job.

Rebranding you against your ideal job.

Customized strategy to land the job of your dreams, including advice on your job search, networking, and interviews.

This will be delivered through a combination of weekly 1:1 calls and micro-assignments. This is a Done-With-You program. I provide the guidance and feedback, and you implement my advice. Apart from these deliverables, what you’ll get out of this THE MOST is learning how to position yourself as the best candidate for the job.
Operating Hours
I pride myself on providing exceptional support to all my clients, and I also value my full-time job and my work-life balance. I do my best to respond to clients during the workday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST). The majority of my coaching is done outside of this time.
I do not provide any coaching support on US national holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day). I may push content/advice/homework to you outside of these business hours, but I will not respond to texts, emails, social media direct messages, videos, etc. outside of business hours.
Code of Conduct
Seeing you get results is not only in your best interest but mine as well. Rather than bottle things up, I encourage you to reach out to me immediately so we can address your concerns. Usually, a conversation solves things.
Please keep in mind it is normal to feel frustrated in the process as we uncover challenges you’ve been experiencing. While I welcome you to voice your challenges and ask for help, I ask you do so in a respectful and non-accusatory manner. Any behavior that demonstrates harassment results in termination of this agreement. Examples of behavior that violates the code of conduct includes: name-calling, accusatory language, racist comments, political discussions, or using my intellectual property for non-personal use.

Use of Technology
We use a lot of technology during the course of our coaching agreement, including but not limited to Fathom AI, Zoom, Loom, Smartsheet, Slack, etc. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party software services.

All video coaching and mastermind sessions are recorded for the benefit of my clients.

Data Privacy Policy
This Data Privacy Policy outlines how we handle and protect the personal data of our clients. We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that your personal data is protected. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Ownership of Data
All video and written content created during our interactions, including but not limited to coaching sessions, testimonials, and social media content, is owned exclusively by us. We reserve the right to use this content as we see fit for purposes such as marketing, social media postings, and written testimonials.
Use of Client Data
We agree not to sell your personal data to any third party. Your data will be used solely for the purposes of providing our services, improving our offerings, and for our own marketing and promotional activities.
Sharing of Content
We may share any and all content created during our interactions for our own purposes, including but not limited to:

Social Media Postings: Sharing snippets, quotes, or full content on our social media platforms to promote our services.

Written Testimonials: Using your testimonials in written form on our website, marketing materials, and other promotional content.
Consultation with Professional Bodies
For the benefit of our clients, we reserve the right to consult on client use cases with the International Association of Career Coaches. Members of this association adhere to a strict code of ethics, and no client-specific information is shared during these consultations. This ensures that clients receive the highest level of service and professional guidance.
Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Client Rights
You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.

Request the correction of any inaccuracies in your personal data.

Request the deletion of your personal data, subject to certain conditions.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Data Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on our website and updating the effective date at the top of this document.
Liability Disclaimer
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kayla Quijas Career Coaching for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses arising out of my services.
