MOST ASPIRING PMS DON'T HAVE
AN EXPERIENCE PROBLEM
Hey, I'm Kayla
I went from cake decorator to Senior Project Manager
- and I'll show you how I did it.
It's not about credentials
It's not about the title.
It's about closing
the Trust Gap.

You're probably already doing
project management work.

The problem is that hiring managers don't
automatically trust or recognizing the signals
your background is sending.
If you've been:
Most aspiring PMs think they need:
-
More applications
-
Another certification
-
A better resume
Applying to dozens of jobs
Tweaking your resume nonstop
Thinking another certification will
finally make you "qualified enough"
Usually? They don't.
They have a positioning and trust problem.
And until that's fixed,
nothing else works consistently.
It's free and built to identify your hidden PM trust gaps.

Let's be real...
You have the experience.
So why do you struggle to articulate it?

RECOGNITION GAP
TRANSLATION GAP
OWNERSHIP GAP
Because you don't fully see yourself as someone capable of leading projects, your positioning lacks the confidence and clarity that build trust with hiring managers.

So instead of presenting yourself as someone who drove results...
you position yourself as "support"... even when you were the person keeping everything moving.
Because you don't yet know how to translate your experience into clear project management language, hiring managers struggle to connect the dots between your background and a PM role.

So even when you've coordinated complex work, managed stakeholders, solved problems, or driven outcomes...
your experience sounds smaller than it actually is.
Because you don't fully see yourself as someone capable of leading projects, your positioning lacks the confidence and clarity that build trust with hiring managers.

So instead of presenting yourself as someone who drove results...
you position yourself as "support" - even when you were the person keeping everything moving.
THE CHALLENGE ISN'T CAPABILITY. IT'S CREATING TRUST.

You don't need to become someone else to become a project manager.
You need to learn how to position what's already there.
I know that
because I've done
it myself.

I went from:
-
cake decorator
-
receptionist
-
admin support
...to Senior Manager overseeing the strategic direction for a PM team at a global law firm.
And along the way, I realized something important:
Most aspiring PMs don't lack capability.
They lack:
Now I help experienced professionals close that gap strategically -
without:
Because hiring
managers don't hire
the "most qualified" person on paper.
They hire the person they trust most to succeed in the role.

IS THIS PROGRAM
RIGHT FOR ME?
This program is for you if:

-
You’re done wondering if you’re “qualified enough” and ready to position your experience strategically - not start over.

-
You’ve been applying, tweaking your resume, maybe even getting certifications… and you know something still isn’t clicking.

You’re willing to get direct feedback and actually use it - even when it challenges how you’ve been doing things.

-
You want a clear, structured path instead of guessing what to fix next.

-
You’re ready to take ownership of your results and follow through, even when it feels uncomfortable.
This is NOT for you if:

-
You’re looking for someone to apply to jobs for you or “fix” everything without your involvement.

-
You’re waiting for a certification to finally make you feel qualified enough to go after the roles you want.

-
You’re not open to changing how you’ve been approaching your job search.

-
You want quick wins without doing the deeper work required to reposition yourself.

FREQUESTNLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need my PMP before I start?
No. The PMP is not a requirement. And for most people, it’s not what’s holding them back.
The PMP proves you understand project management theory. It doesn’t prove you can do the job - and hiring managers know the difference.
This program focuses on how you position and communicate your experience so you can land roles without relying on a certification to “prove” you’re qualified.
How long does the program last?
The core program is 3 months. During that time, we focus on building your positioning, strategy, and execution so you have everything you need to land a project management role.
Most clients start seeing traction within a few weeks. After the 3 months, you’ll have the option to continue working together if you want additional support.
Do you only help people trying to break into project management?
No. While many of my clients are transitioning into project management, I also work with professionals who are already in the field and want to level up, increase their salary, or move into more strategic roles.
What do I actually get out of the program?
You get a clear, step-by-step strategy for landing a project management role - tailored to your background.
That includes your positioning, resume, LinkedIn, interview strategy, and ongoing support so you’re not figuring it out alone.
The goal isn’t just to give you information - it’s to help you execute until you get results.
Do you guarantee a job?
No, and you should be cautious of anyone who does.
What I do guarantee is a proven process, direct feedback, and hands-on support to help you position yourself competitively and navigate the job search strategically.
Your results ultimately depend on your level of engagement and follow-through. And I’m there to guide you every step of the way.

high achievers like you
