Cancellation Policy

Strategy Sessions are reserved for professionals who are actively evaluating whether they are ready to invest in solving their career challenges now. Each session requires preparation and dedicated time that cannot be reassigned at the last minute. Please review the following policy before booking: Rescheduling and Cancellations You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment using the confirmation link provided in your booking email. Changes made within 24 hours of the session are considered a late cancellation. Late Cancellations and No-Shows Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without notice, may incur a late cancellation or no-show fee. A credit card is required at booking to reserve your session time. Your card will not be charged unless this policy is violated. Preparation Requirement If pre-session preparation or homework is requested, it must be submitted prior to the session. Failure to submit required materials may result in the session being released or rescheduled. By booking a Strategy Session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
